Cancellation Policy

As we all know things comes up in life that we cannot control. Things that is an act of nature by God or Government Official will require no penalty for canceling. If session is canceled within 23 hours of booking time there will be no more the 25% of balance refunded (discretion of photographer). Client will have to have session reschedule within 3 days with the availability of the photographer, if not available the client will have to completely reschedule their session and will lose deposit completely and can also be charged for the balance which was left. If cancellation is needed please contact someone to notify them, we understand and will be willing to work things out to the best we can. Full Effect Designs & Images takes pride and making sure each client has a very professional service that is un-rushed. Because all of our clients are appointments only and sometimes we book them back to back we will like everything to start on time so they can end at the correct time. If you are running late please notify someone asap. There is a 15 min buffer time before a late fee is charge. After 15 min there will be a $25 late fee charge and will have to be paid before session start. NO session will be started if there is more then 20 min pass from the start of the booking time.
